Life in a kampong in Malaysia

While I was traveling in Malaysia in 1978, it was mostly cities and towns I traveled to. And in the cities and towns were concrete, streets, cars, shops, etc. in the multiracial society of Malaysia. Cities were mostly occupied by chinese and Indians. I had a rare chance of visiting and staying for a few nights in a Malay kampong. I must say life was simple in the kampong compared to city life.
